For billing, privacy, accessibility, or help with a book, email support@skybringup.com from the email you use to sign in. If it's about one specific book, tell us its title — or open the book in your studio and paste the link from your browser's address bar, which identifies it exactly. Please don't include sensitive details about your child.
What to expect
Support is handled in English, and we aim to reply within two business days. If a book or an image fails partway through, the amount goes back on your balance automatically — if you don't see it there within a few minutes, tell us which book it was and we'll fix it.
