The fine print: how credits work behind these prices
Packs are sold as credits at checkout, and each generated image costs one credit. A standard 12-page book generated from scratch uses 14 credits: 12 illustrated pages, one cover, and one character sheet. The story plan is free. The prices above are credit counts multiplied by each pack’s price per credit.

Your balance and the exact cost of any book are always shown before you approve it — there are no surprise charges.
Refunds and billing problems If Stripe confirms a duplicate payment, credits do not arrive, the same task is finalized twice, or a subscription does not activate, contact [email protected] with the account email and transaction context. We will correct confirmed duplicate charges or missing credits. Except for non-delivery, confirmed duplicates, a service discontinuation, or rights required by law, completed one-time credit purchases and consumed credits are generally not refundable. If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use unused purchased credits or offer an appropriate refund for them.
