Who operates the service

Sprokle is operated by SkyBringUp LLC for adults creating digital stories for children. It is not an account service or public social network for children.

Information we process

We process the adult account email and sign-in record, project brief, story text, generation choices, generated pages and versions, optional reference images, exports, narration, credit balance, purchase status, support requests, and limited security records. Guest previews also use a random browser identifier, IP-based abuse signals, and a Cloudflare Turnstile response.

Private by default

Personal projects, temporary previews, checkout pages, and account pages are excluded from search indexing. A private project never becomes a public case study without separate, explicit adult permission. We do not sell private project content or use it as an advertising profile.

Child references

A child photo is never required; a fictional character or written description works. Do not upload a child’s full legal name, address, school name, medical record, or other unnecessary identifying information. The adult account holder must have permission to use any photo or personal detail submitted.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, private file storage, delivery, and bot checks; Google provides sign-in; Stripe processes payment and subscription status without sharing full card numbers with us; Plausible provides aggregate, cookie-free site analytics. Story planning and requested media may be processed by our configured AI inference providers, and Alibaba Cloud CosyVoice processes requested narration and word timing. Those providers receive only the material needed for the requested task and operate under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

An unclaimed guest preview and its access link expire after 24 hours and are queued for removal. Signed-in projects and generated files remain available while the account is active or until the adult deletes the project or account. Billing, fraud-prevention, security, tax, and legal records may be kept for the period reasonably required for those purposes. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days; limited backups expire on their normal schedule.

Adults may request access, correction, or deletion through the account deletion form or by emailing support@skybringup.com. You may use the product without uploading a child photo and may cancel a subscription through the billing portal.
