Terms

Digital stories, managed by adults.

Operator and agreement

Sprokle is operated by SkyBringUp LLC. By creating an account, purchasing credits, starting a subscription, or submitting a project, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

Adult accounts and appropriate use

Sprokle is purchased and operated by adults. It is not a child-directed social service and does not provide medical, psychological, educational, or legal advice. Do not use it for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, deception, exploitation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or content that violates another person’s rights.

Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

Prices and exact credit quantities are shown before Stripe checkout. Purchased and monthly-issued credits do not expire while the account and service remain available. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where law requires. A monthly subscription renews automatically at the displayed recurring price until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not erase unused credits or private projects. If you believe a renewal was incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly with the account email and Stripe transaction so we can investigate; this does not limit any mandatory payment or consumer right.

Generation charges, cancellation, and non-delivery

Credits are reserved once when a paid generation starts and finalized only for completed work. Repeat clicks, retries, or duplicate notifications for the same task must not create a second service charge. You may cancel a queued or active task when the workspace offers that control; once cancellation is confirmed, its unsettled reservation is returned. A terminal system failure or timeout that produces no usable file returns the affected reserved credits automatically. In a multi-page batch, a failed undelivered page returns its own amount. A user-requested alternative image, local redraw, higher-resolution version, new voice, or new render is a new task at the displayed price. Text, layout, crop, page order, version restoration, and standard export remain free as stated on the pricing page.

Content rights

You must have permission to upload text, photos, fonts, music, and other source material. You retain the rights you hold in your inputs and authorize us and the service providers required to process them. Delivered output is provided for your use subject to applicable law and any restrictions imposed by the underlying model or source material; we cannot guarantee that an AI result is unique or free of third-party claims.

Adult review and availability

Generated details can be imperfect. An adult must review the story’s claims, emotional framing, names, faces, hands, text, and every page before sharing it with a child. Providers, networks, and rendering capacity can cause delays or temporary interruptions.

Refunds and billing problems

If Stripe confirms a duplicate payment, credits do not arrive, the same task is finalized twice, or a subscription does not activate, contact support@skybringup.com with the account email and transaction context. We will correct confirmed duplicate charges or missing credits. Except for non-delivery, confirmed duplicates, a service discontinuation, or rights required by law, completed one-time credit purchases and consumed credits are generally not refundable. If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use unused purchased credits or offer an appropriate refund for them.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment abuse, unlawful use, serious or repeated violations, or security risk, using notice when reasonably practical. On termination, the right to start new work ends; project deletion and legally required record retention follow the Privacy Policy. These terms concerning payment, rights, liability, and disputes continue where their purpose requires.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyBringUp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that the parties cannot resolve informally.
